Terms of Service

1. What the App is

Regshologia Publisher ("the App") is a personal desktop tool that lets its single user — the operator of the TikTok account @regshologia — publish the operator's own original videos to that account using TikTok's official APIs.

2. Acceptable use

• The App is used only with the operator's own TikTok account and only for content the operator created or holds the rights to.
• All publishing complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and developer policies, including required disclosure of AI-generated content.
• Each post is reviewed and explicitly approved by the operator before publishing.

3. Relationship to TikTok

The App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. "TikTok" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of TikTok's APIs is governed by TikTok's developer terms.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator uses the App at their own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
