Regshologia Publisher ("the App") is a personal desktop tool operated by a single individual (the "Operator") to publish the Operator's own videos to the Operator's own TikTok account. This policy describes what data the App handles and how.
user.info.basic (basic profile of the authorized account) and
video.publish (permission to upload and publish videos to the authorized
account).OAuth tokens are stored locally on the Operator's own computer and are never transmitted anywhere except to TikTok's API over HTTPS. The App has no server-side component and no database.
The App does not share, sell, rent, or transfer any data to any third party. Data flows in one direction only: from the Operator's computer to TikTok, to publish the Operator's own content.
Tokens remain on the Operator's device until revoked. Authorization can be revoked at any time from TikTok's app settings ("Manage app permissions"), which immediately invalidates the App's access. Local tokens can be deleted by removing the App's configuration files.
The App is not offered to the public. Its only user is the Operator. No other person's data is collected or processed.
Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
